If your web site downtime is more than a cumulative 1% per month, we will credit you with a full one month free hosting. Downtime is referred to as our servers and network equipment being down. We do not possess control over the Internet, therefore we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access your site due to circumstances beyond our control.

We guarantee that our network will be up and functioning 99% of the time per month. We feel a safety net of 1% each month allows us time for repairs and updates of our servers. Furthermore, you can view our network status 24hrs a day 365 days. The only exception to this is planed servers moves or upgrades where more then 48hours notice is given and the downtime only occurs at weekends. 

We only update our servers after midnight GMT and on Sunday evenings after 10pm GMT.

In order to receive your credit you must do the following:

1) Document your web site downtime in writing.

2) Have your web site downtime verified by us.
